Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and coriander.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar to form a grainy paste. Add eggs and lemon extract. Beat well.
Step 3
Add flour mixture and butterscotch chips and blend. Don’t overmix.
Step 4
Roll about a tablespoon of dough into a ball and place on a cookie sheet, 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake for 14-15 minutes at 325°.
