Instructions
Step 1
Cut peeled carrot and onion into bitesize pieces and place in a microwavable bowl. (For steaming method: prepare steamer with boiling water)
Step 2
For microwave: Add water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2-3 minutes until fork tender
Step 3
For steaming: Steam on high for 6-8 minutes
Step 4
Let vegetables cool slightly, then combine in food processor with soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and apple juice
Step 5
Process until smooth, transfer to airtight container
Step 6
Chill in refrigerator for at least 20-30 minutes before serving
Step 7
Serve by drizzling over salad vegetables
