Instructions

Step 1
Bake bacon on baking sheet at 350 degrees for 30 mins, or follow package directions
Step 2
Crack eggs into bowl, add milk, salt and pepper, then mix
Step 3
Bake eggs at 350 on a baking sheet, or cook in a pan that is similar to the size of the connected Hawaiian rolls
Step 4
While baking, cut Hawaiian rolls lengthwise, so that all the tops stay together.
Step 5
Once eggs are cooked, layer eggs on the bottom halves of the rolls.
Step 6
Layer half the cheese on the eggs
Step 7
Drain grease and pat bacon dry. Layer on top of cheese
Step 8
Layer the other half of the cheese.
Step 9
Place top of buns on the layered stack. Place back in warm oven shortly, just so the layers meld into each other
Step 10
Remove from oven and cut into preferred serving sizes
