Step 1
1. Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake at 400° F for about 25 minutes.

2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat and remove any excess grease

3. Once bacon is cooked to your liking, remove excess grease and chop into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 375° F.

4. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish and add the hashbrowns, sausage, bacon (save a little to top casserole), and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

6. Mix the Pioneer gravy with 2 cups of water, Following the directions on the package.

7. Pour the gravy over the casserole, mixing everything together and spreading it out evenly

8. Whisk together 6 eggs and pour them over top of the casserole

9. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

10. Bake at 375° F for about 40 minutes or until the eggs and hash brown are cooked through.
