Instructions

Step 1
Heat a pan over low heat. Add the minced speck, onions, and diced potatoes. Cook until crispy and golden, stirring occasionally.

Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Gradually whisk in the polenta. Cook according to package instructions, stirring constantly until thickened.
Step 3
Serve the polenta in a bowl and top with the crispy speck, onion, and potato mixture.
