Instructions

Step 1
Press the tofu for 8 minutes. Then increase the pressure, and press for another 8 minutes.
Step 2
Add the garlic cloves and spinach to the food processor. Proceed until minced.
Step 3
Break the tofu into large chunks and add the to the food processor. Add all remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
