Step 1
First, make the cheese filling. Find my cheese filling recipe here:

Step 2
Preheat the oven to temperature specified on the lasagna packaging.
Step 3
Put a 1/4 inch layer of tomato sauce in a 9x13 baking dish. Ensure the layer is thick enough that you cannot see the bottom of the dish.
Step 4
Place 3 lasagna pasta pieces beside each other in the dish. Ensure they do not overlap.
Step 5
Add the cheese filling. Ensure it is smoothed out into an even layer.
Step 6
Add remaining 3 lasagna pasta pieces.
Step 7
Empty remaining sauce in the jar over the dish until everything is submerged. Put any remaining sauce aside.
Step 8
Shake the bread crumbs evenly over top.
Step 9
Sprinkle the hemp seeds over top.
Step 10
Cover with foil and bake as directed on lasagna packaging.
Step 11
Enjoy! Note: add any remaining sauce before reheating leftovers.
