Step 1
Mix together cornstarch and water. All cornstarch to settle out. Pour out the water

For the Pork and Marinade
Step 2
Slice the pork chops in 1/2" by 1" strips. Mix in minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add cornstarch residue in and mix all together

pork loin chops0.5 lbs

Step 3
In a small pan add ingredients and simmer
sugar2 Tbsp
soy sauce½ Tbsp
rice vinegar2 Tbsp
cornstarch slurry2 Tbsp
bell pepper
Step 4
Add about 2 Tbsp of oil to a pan and heat until shimmering. Pour in porkchop mixture. Flatten to single layer. Fry on one side until golden brown. Flip over and fry other side
