These potatoes are the crispiest and tastiest potatoes ever. They are made with very little oil the skins are left on for extra fibre and the secret ingredient makes them taste amazing .

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and halve potatoes then add to a bowl with olive oil salt pepper and potato seasoning - I use Igotchu roast veggies and potato seasoning as it makes them extra tasty .

Step 2
Mix everything together then put them skin side down on a lined baking tray and roast at 200 c 400 f fan setting for 40 minutes or until golden and crispy
Step 3
Serve and garnish with fresh dill . Enjoy
