Instructions

Step 1
In a heatproof bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together using a double boiler or microwave. Once melted, let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Add the red food coloring to the chocolate-butter mixture to achieve an intense color. Adjust if needed.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is pale and slightly frothy.
Step 4
Slowly pour the chocolate-butter mixture into the beaten eggs while stirring constantly to combine evenly.
Step 5
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda together. Gently fold into the batter. Finally, add the white vinegar and mix briefly.
Step 6
Pour the red batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not completely dry).
Step 8
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
Step 9
In a small bowl, mix 100 g cream cheese with 1 to 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
Step 10
Spread the cream evenly over the top of the brownies. And Enjoy!
