Step 1
Heat oil and butter in a saute pan
Step 2
Add radishes, salt, pepper, and onion powder and saute until radishes begin to brown, about 8 minutes
Step 3
Add garlic and continue sauteing until radishes are fork tender
Step 4
Toss radishes with parmesan and parsley just before serving
