Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and seasoning in a plate or flat dish
Step 2
Cut any visible fat and tendons from steak
Step 3
Dredge steak in flour/seasoning mixture, ensuring the steaks are well coated. Add more flour if needed.
Step 4
Heat a few tbsp oil on pan (cast iron ideal). Add one layer of steak to pan. Brown on each side and place on plate.
Step 5
Repeat in small batches for all steak. Add more oil as needed throughout cooking
Step 6
After all steak is finished browning, add 1 cup water and scrape the pan. Add chopped onions
Step 7
Cook onions for about 5 minutes. Mixing beef bouillon then add all steak back into the pan
Step 8
Cover and cook for 15 minutes, rotating and flipping the steak every 5 minutes
