Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare Vegetables: Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumber, dice the tomatoes and bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion. 2. Mix Greens: Place the mixed greens in a large salad bowl. 3. Add Veggies: Add the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl. 4. Add Protein: Toss in the chickpeas or black beans for a protein boost. If using boiled egg, slice and arrange on top. 5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle with feta cheese or your choice of cheese.
