Instructions
Step 1
Break pasta in half and cook according to package directions. Drain
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut pork into thin 1/2 inch thick strips
Step 3
Toss pork in a bowl with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt
Step 4
In a large skillet, stir fry pork 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan
Step 5
In the same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Add onion, stir fry 1-2 minutes, until tender
Step 7
Add remaining vegetables; stir fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp tender
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper
Step 9
Return pork to pan. Add pasta. Heat throughly and toss to combine.
