Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot heat your milk to 110F then add in your vinegar . Stir until curds form . Cover with a lid and simmer for around 15-20 minutes . Remove the lid and strain the liquid with a strainer or cheese cloth. Be careful as liquid is very hot . Try and drain as much liquid out as you can . Place it in a second bowl and place in microwave for 30 seconds . Remove from microwave and begin some stretch and folds around 10 . Place back into microwave for another 30 seconds and do one last stretch and folds . Now place your cheese ball into an ice bath for at least 10 minutes . Enjoy
