Step 1
Heath some vegetable oil and add one spoon of sesame oil. Add the garlic, chilli and sping onion. After 2 minutes add the mushroom. When they're half done, add the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and a bit of water. Add the egg tofu and cook for a few more minutes.
