Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Butterfly chicken breasts, combine spices and coat chicken

Bake or air fry at 400°F for 20-23 minutes. If baking, broil for the last few minutes to get crispy bits

Rice

Step 3
Saute onions in butter, add spices and toast until fragrant
Step 4
Add cooked rice and stir to combine
Step 5
Add cilantro and fluff rice

Sauce

Step 6
Add sauce ingredients and blend
Step 7
Serve with salsa
