Prepare the Chicken Filling
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes. Shred the chicken using two forks.

In a small bowl, mix the sriracha, soy sauce, honey (if using), garlic, and lime juice. Pour the mixture over the shredded chicken and toss to coat evenly.
