Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl mix the orange jello and 2/3 cup of the boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of cold water. Stir for 1 minutes. Stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip until well mixed. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Repeat with the strawberry jello and then with the lime jello. Crush the biscoff cookies into fine crumbs. Place two tablespoons of the crumbs into each shooter cup. After the jello has been refrigerated for 30 minutes remove and evenly spoon each flavor into each shooter up to 1/2” from top. Top each jello shooter with plain Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
