Instructions
Step 1
Pound each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness.
Step 2
Mix flour, salt and pepper on waxed paper.
Step 3
Coat chicken well with flour mixture. Set aside.
Step 4
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step 5
Add butter.
Step 6
Sauté garlic, green onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Step 7
Place chicken in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes per side.
Step 8
Add broth to skillet. Cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Return mushroom mixture to skillet and reduce heat to low.
Step 10
Simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Step 11
Serve immediately.
