Instructions

Step 1
First prepare the ingredients, then cut the mushroom and onions and grate the carrots. Cut the bokchoy then spearate the green leaf and stock white.

Cut the chicken in slithers and cut 3 cloves of garlic in small pieces

Chicken marinate by black pepper, salt, half spoon chicken spices and quarter spoon of baking soda.

Noodles it depends what kind of noodles. If it's dry noodles, put it on boil water if its fresh, you can chuck it right in.

Cook the chicken first, remove it put it in a bowl, then cook the mushroom, onions then the stoke of the bokchoy then add the green later, carrots. Add the garlic and chili same time as vegetable.

Add the sauce after the noodles then the bean sprouts. Then the chicken then stir fry.
