Instructions
Step 1
Gently roast the seeds in half the coconut oil until golden brown. transfer to a bowl to cool.
Step 2
Add the stoned dates and raisins to the same pan with the other half of oil.
Step 3
Add the spices and cook out gently until you get a sticky paste.. Add some splashes of water as needed.
Step 4
Transfer date mix to the bowl with the seeds.
Step 5
Mix everything together well.
Step 6
Roll into 25g balls and roll in desicatted coconut.
Step 7
Store in the fridge or freezer as needed.
