Instructions
Step 1
1. Season the minced beef and flatten in it out to form a patty
Step 2
2. Place baby bel cheese in the middle of the patty and add another layer of minced beef to form the burger. Make sure to seal the edges of the patty so that the cheese does not ooze out when frying

3. Fry some pancetta until the fat renders out. Remove the pancetta once it is nice and crispy.
Step 4
4. In the same pan, add a generous amount of oil to fry the burger. You might need to close the pan since the patty is thick so that it cooks well throughout
Step 5
5. Assemble the burger bun, spread some mango chutney on both sides of the bun and add the lettuce, tomato, burger patty and fried pancetta
Step 6
6. Close off the bun and enjoy your juicy/ cheesy burger
