Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).
Step 2
Combine the olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and garlic powder. Brush over the cauliflower.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes. Turn over halfway.
Step 4
Add all the purée ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Add all the sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 6
Spread the purée on a plate, and top with the cauliflower, pink sauce, some chopped parsley and pine nuts. Enjoy!
