Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Combine can of cream of chicken condensed soup, cup of sour cream, block of cream cheese melted, 1/2 cup of mozzarella and cheddar, onion, and seasonings then slowly mix in shredded potatoes! Place in a 9x13 backing pan bake for 30 minutes then pull out and top with the rest of mozzarella and cheddar put back in to bake for 15 more minutes pull out let it cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
