For the dough
300gplain flour
7ginstant yeast
1 tspsalt
⅛ cupzero calorie sweetener
¾ cupalmond milk
15glow fat butter

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl add half of your flour (150g) ,yeast, salt and sugar. Stir until combined
Step 2
In a separate bowl pour in the milk and butter, warm this up in the microwave (shouldn’t be too hot just over body temp)
Step 3
Add the milk mixture to the dry mix and stir
Step 4
add in the egg and stir again
Step 5
Add the remaining (150g) flour and mix to combine
Step 6
Kneed the dough for about 5 mins (dough should be sticky but add more flour if you need to)

PLACE DOUGH IN A LARGE BOWL, COVER AND LEAVE TO RISE IN A WARM PLACE FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR

Roll out the dough (not too thin) and brush on a splash of almond milk to help the filling stick

For the filling, mix together the brown sugar sweetener with the cinnamon
Step 10
Sprinkle the filling and roll up the dough, cut into 15 cinnamon rolls and place into an oven safe dish.
Step 11
Cover the cinnamon rolls and let them prove at room temp in the dish until they double in size. Bake at 180C for 20 mins

Once out the oven, immediately cover the dish with a layer of cling film (this help make the rolls soft)
Step 13
For the frosting, mix together the cream cheese and sweetener and spread it ontop of the cinnamon rolls
