Instructions
Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Once the garlic is slightly brown in colour, add the soy sauce mixture and cook on high to medium heat until the sauce thickens a bit.
Step 4
Boil the noodles for about 3 minutes (or follow packet instruction), drain and keep aside.
Step 5
Add the noodles and mix until the noodles are nicely coated.
Step 6
Turn off the heat and garnish with some chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
