Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions in a pan over medium heat with olive oil until they are soft and translucent

Add the spinach and cook until completely defrost. Add nutmeg, salt, pepper, and mascarpone - combine.

Sauté garlic in olive oil in another pan. Add tomatoes, cream, oregano and taste for salt and pepper. Let it simmer a couple of minutes

Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it in cubes about 2 x 2 cm.

butter an ovenproof dish with olive oil and add a layer of Spinach, Tomato-sauce, salmon and lasagna sheet. Repeat until everything is used. Finish by topping the Parmesan and Mozzarella.

Bake the lasagna for 20-25 minutter heated oven at 175 grader convection air.
