Instructions
Gnocchi
Step 1
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Bring a large pan (i.e. Dutch oven) to medium heat and add a knob of butter.
Step 3
Once the butter has melted add the mushrooms and fry until beginning to soften.
Step 4
Add the gnocchi to the pan. Be sure to reduce the heat and or continue to stir to prevent the gnocchi sticking.
Step 5
Add the vegetable stock cube to 400ml boiling water and add the cream cheese.
Step 6
Mix and pour the mixture into the pan.
Step 7
Bring the pan to a simmer and reduce the heat.
Step 8
Wash and slice the dill and add to the pan along with the spinach (washed).
Salmon
Step 9
Salt both sides of the salmon and place a frying pan on medium-high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil.
Step 10
Add the salmon to the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Step 11
Break up the salmon in the pan and cook until the smaller chunks begin to crisp.
Plating
Step 12
Add the gnocchi to a bowl and top with the salmon. Finish with chopped dill.
