Instructions
Step 1
Dry roast red chillies and peanuts
Step 2
Grind chillies and peanuts into powder
Step 3
Add green mango pieces and water, grind again (don't add too much water)
Step 4
Add raw onion to the chutney and grind briefly - do not grind too long, onion should be a little chunky, add some salt
