Instructions
Step 1
Combine oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, flax seed and protein powder in mixing bowl.
Step 2
Warm peanut butter in microwave at half power until it reaches a runny consistency.
Step 3
Add peanut butter and honey to the mixing bowl and stir with rubber spatula or hands until combined. (Spray hands with cooking spray to avoid the mixture sticking)
Step 4
If the mixture seems too dry, try adding a dash of milk to moisten it. It should stick together and form a large ball.
Step 5
Place the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow it to harden slightly.
Step 6
Roll the mixture into about 1 inch balls.
Step 7
Store in airtight container or bag for 1 week in the fridge or freeze for up to several months.
