Instructions
Step 1
Chop onions, mushrooms, and chicken.
Step 2
Cook chicken in skillet, remove from pan.
Step 3
Add olive oil to skillet and brown onion with the mushrooms. Season to taste.
Step 4
Once vegetables are cooked, add the chicken back with cream of chicken, broth, and rice.
Step 5
Cover and cook (stirring occasionally) until rice is cooked through.
