Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the penne.
Step 3
Red onion, sweet peppers, zucchini: chop and put in a pan with the olive oil.
Step 4
Add white beans, tomato cubes and ras el hanout. Let it simmer for 10min.
Step 5
Mix the penne with the sauce and put everything in an oven tray. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20min in the oven.
Step 7
Serve with fresh basil.
