Adelia's Cranberry Relish
I have made this for many years, based originally on a recipe my mother found. Since it is not cooked, the flavors are brighter and more distinct. Fine both with and without the "booze" and so we frequently make both options. It is a Ramey Family Must-Have for our holiday meals.

Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, chop fruits until small pea sized. Transfer to mixing bowl. Small batches do better. For consistency. Don't over process!
Step 2
Add salt, sugar, zest. Taste for sweetness/tartness level as these fruits can vary. Add sugar as needed.
Step 3
Add pecans and liquor. Taste for desired liquor level. Transfer to Mason jar and refrigerate.
Step 4
This is better done the day before and stores well for quite a while if not pirated by family! It is perfect with turkey, chicken, salad, sandwiches and straight out of the jar!
