drain beans, add spices, coconut water, lemon juice, and oats. Pulse blend with hand blender or processor until smooth. Spray a griddle or fry pan with cooking spray, and on medium heat on the stove place 2-3 oz of mixture on skillet and spread to form patties. Grill on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes or until firm. Served here with Wasa Crisp, grilled carrots, caramelized onions, lettuce, mustard, aioli, and avocado.
