Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275 degree
Step 2
Coat roast in salt and pepper
Heat oil in heavy pan/ on med high or high heat
Sear each side of roast approx 2-3 min on each side
Put roast in dutch oven fill with enough water to cover half of the roast
Rough chop or slice onion and put on top of roast and in water
Put lid on dutch oven and put in oven for 4 hours
