Fried Spring Rolls (Eggrolls)

Instructions

Seasoning

Step 1
Add all seasonings to a bowl, mix well
Step 2
Set aside

Eggroll Fillings

Step 3
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, along with the seasoning
Step 4
Add more or less of the ingredients listed if you prefer and adjust seasoning as needed
Step 5
Mix well
Step 6
Roll into eggrolls using your preferred wrapper. Spring Rolls Wrapper or Lumpia.
Step 7
Add some Vegetables oil to a pan or pot
Step 8
Turn heat to medium heat
Step 9
You can check the oil temp using chopsticks or the corner of an eggroll
Step 10
If the oil bubbles then it’s ready
Step 11
Add the eggrolls in fry both sides until a golden brown
Step 12
Occasionally skim out the black specks in the oil in between frying
Step 13
Enjoy in a Vermicelli Rice Noodles Bowl with fresh Herbs and Nước Chấm or as is with your preferred dipping sauce
