Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F), fan 180°C (355F), gas mark 6 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone sheets

In a mixing bowl combine the applesauce, sugar, vanilla paste and milk.

In a second bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, cornflour and xanthan gum and mix well. Add the dry mixture to the applesauce mixture, stirring to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Drop 15 dessert spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
Step 5
Let the cookies sit for several minutes and before moving to a wire rack to cool.
