Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 210 degrees
Step 2
Mix the chickpeas, half the garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, zest of the lime and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Add to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and add the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes then add the bag of kale and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
Step 4
Tip the chickpeas into the kale and stir over the lime juice. Divide into 2 bowls and add the crumpled feta to serve.
