Instructions
Step 1
Put mushrooms in the bowl and pour with lukewarm water,set aside for 15 minutes

heat the oil in a deep frying pan
Step 3
add the cubed tofu
Step 4
fry tofu until browned for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 5
put the fried tofu back in the bowl, leave the oil on a pan
Step 6
drain and chop the previously soaked mushrooms, add them to the pan with oil left from tofu frying, fry them for 3 minutes over medium heat
Step 7
Clean off the paprika and slice it, add to the pan and fry for 2 minutes
Step 8
add the pre-fried tofu to the pan
Step 9
add honey, grated ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce and half a lime juice to the pan, mix everything and cook for 1 minute
Step 10
boil the pasta in lightly salted water, it should be al dente (semi-hard), drain it and add it to the pan with vegetables and tofu
Step 11
mix everything thoroughly and fry over high heat for 1 more minute
