Instructions
Step 1
heat veggie broth in a small saucepan over a medium heat

add garlic and ginger and simmer for 3 mins

stir in molasses date syrup tomato purée and black pepper and bring to the boil

reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 min
Step 5
remove from heat and stir in miso mix, blended lemon, and rice vinegar
Step 6
taste and adjust as desired
Step 7
allow to cool before transferring to jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid, can be frozen
