Instructions
Step 1
Combine yoghurt and goat cheese and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread mixture in the center of the tortillas.
Step 2
Cook falafels according to instructions.
Step 3
Stack rocket, falafels and beetroot on top of the yoghurt-cheese-mix.
Step 4
Drizzle with mango-chutney.
Step 5
Fold tortillas close and warm them in contact grill or oven.
