Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the lemon rind and then juice the lemons, reserve both.
Step 2
Lightly whip the cream until very soft peaks, the lemon juice will thicken so make sure not to overwhip otherwise the mixture will curdle.
Step 3
Stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and rind.
Step 4
When the mixture begins to thicken, pour into serving glasses.
Step 5
Chill overnight.
