Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter over medium heat and lightly sauté onion and mushrooms. Use a large pan.
Step 2
In a small pot bring salted water to the boil and cook broccolini (chopped).
Step 3
In a large pot boil pasta.
Step 4
Add tomato paste and cream to mushrooms and onion and bring to a low simmer.
Step 5
Strain broccolini and set aside. Strain pasta and add to sauce pan.
Step 6
Split in two. Broccolini to one and ham to the other.
Step 7
Top with Parmesan and serve
