Roast chicken & thyme in an oven bag

I cleaned my oven and decided to use an oven bag for the chicken to help keep the oven clean. Put it in the oven and that’s it 😁 The chicken was very juicy and delicious as were the seasoned vegetables. I served it with gravy and baby peas. Very convenient.

Brush chicken and peeled vegetables with oil and add thyme sprigs and seasoning. Put into oven bag, seal and follow oven bag instructions.
