Instructions

Step 1
Grate carrot
Step 2
Put onion, leek, garlic and ginger in food processor and blend until finely chopped
Step 3
Fry carrots, onion, leek, ginger and garlic on medium heat until softened
Step 4
At salt and pepper to taste

Drain kidney beans then blend until smooth in food processor
Step 6
Mix kidney beans with fried vegetables
Step 7
Add breadcrumbs until it becomes stiffer and sticks together in a big ball
Step 8
Roll into balls and press down into burger shape
Step 9
Fry on a medium to high heat, turning halfway through, until warmed through and crispy on the outside
Step 10
Add cheese on top until melted
