This charcuterie board is inspired and created for those in love. Its full of flavors that mix sweet and tart and pair beautifully with 2016 Blanc de Blancs Napa Valley California Sparking Brut (link in recipe source).

½ cupchocolate cake

0.25 lbgoat cheese
0.25 lbsalami

Wine Recommendation
Instructions
Step 1
Wash all fruit. CAREFULLY cute the pomegranate into 6-8 pieces ensuring not to squeeze and bruise seeds. You may leave all other fruit as is but leave out on paper towel to soak excess water.
Step 2
Cut cake into bite sized pieces
Step 3
To create “meat rose,” roll slices into itself and just keep adding one slice at a time. The fat in the meat holds it together.
Step 4
Layer items with cheese and meat being focal point directly on the board and abstractly layer other items around it. Visual appeal comes from balancing both sides of board/ platter with all ingredients, but make sure not same colors are to touching as much as possible.
Step 5
Serve with sparkling brut (link in recipe source) chilled for most pleasurable wine tasting experience 🥂
