I made this for the first time at Natasha's house and I have never needed another pumpkin bread recipe. It is the best!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat eggs, sugar and oil

In a small cup add hot water and baking soda. once dissolved add to mixture

Stir in pumpkin
Step 5
Mix in everything else
Step 6
Pour into 3 well-greased loaf pans
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour
