Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180. Grind 100g of pecans in thermomix and set aside
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl using your whisk.
Step 3
Mash bananas in thermomix for five seconds on speed 6
Step 4
Add butter and brown sugar to the mixed banana in the thermomix and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4
Step 5
Add eggs, vanilla extract, and yoghurt and mix for 10 secs on speed 4
Step 6
Add the dry mixed ingredients (except nuts) to wet ingredients and mix for 25 seconds on speed 4
Step 7
Fold in nuts then mix in reverse for ten seconds on speed 3
Step 8
Pour into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes
