Step 1
Pour macaroni noodles into instant pot. I like to use small macaroni noodles. Cooking times vary depending on noodle size. Add just enough water so all of the noodles are covered, you may use a little more or less than listed. Place the lid on the pressure cooker, and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Once the instant pot beeps, immediately release the pressure and remove the lid once the pressure has released. Stir to break up the noodles.
Step 3
Set instant pot to sauté mode and add evaporated milk. Add whatever seasonings you prefer - I did salt, mustard powder and garlic powder. Cook for 30 seconds
Step 4
Slowly add in shredded cheese, and stir until it is fully melted. Once all the cheese is incorporated it is ready to serve!
